NICLA strives for an open and honest service where the client comes first. Through the website we keep you up-to-date with the property listings in Spain; resales as well as new developments. These listings range from an apartment, cortijo or chalet to a building plot, detached villa or bungalow. Digital information of all properties in the NICLA-site is available so it can be sent to you by e-mail. Besides the property listings this website contains a lot of information about all kinds of aspects that you will come across while buying or selling a property in Spain. There is a lot to think about, among other things, taxes, insurances, mortgages, etc. and we can guide you and provide the best possible advice. Of course, you can also ask NICLA any questions to ease your concerns.

In order to get  the best from your viewings in Spain and the possible purchase of your Spanish property, we advise you to read the Preparation section of this website. Also the Forum could be very helpful while all frequently asked questions will be in there and, of course, you can share your own questions and experiences.

Besides the personally guided viewings of the various properties, developments, building plots and/or NICLA's Sundalus Villas, NICLA also arranges everything during your stay in Spain and  the signing of the title deeds at the Spanish notary. We also support you with investments and rentals.
